Quality Specialist - Mid-level (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in the review of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user stories.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and methodologies.
- Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance.
