Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma and possess a strong understanding of quality principles within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. This role is crucial in developing and delivering training programs to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant quality systems.

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on quality procedures and protocols.

Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.

Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying training needs and gaps.

Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to pharmaceutical quality.
