Quantity Surveying for 12th Pass Graduates (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team at our Guwahati facility. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying and a foundational education, looking to contribute to the development and maintenance of our state-of-the-art hospital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects within the hospital premises.

Support senior surveyors in tender evaluation and contract administration.

Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measure quantities.

Maintain accurate records of all quantity surveying activities and documentation.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve any cost-related issues.
