Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Consultant / Agent with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their design background and market understanding to identify, evaluate, and manage real estate opportunities relevant to IRCTC's operations and infrastructure development. This role involves a unique blend of analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a creative approach to property solutions within the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate acquisitions, leases, or development sites in and around Ahmedabad, aligning with IRCTC's strategic goals.
- Evaluate property suitability based on technical, financial, and design feasibility, utilizing your M.Des expertise for aesthetic and functional assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management, detailing property valuations, potential ROI, and design considerations.
- Liaise with landowners, developers, legal advisors, and government agencies to facilitate property transactions and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate deals, aiming for favorable outcomes for the company.
- Oversee property development projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to design briefs, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage existing property portfolios, including lease renewals, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Stay updated with market trends, policy changes, and innovative real estate solutions relevant to the Indian context, particularly within the transportation and tourism infrastructure sectors.
