The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle within the media and entertainment industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
