We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Manager with 3-4 years of experience to drive sales and business development for our industrial equipment division in the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proven track record in the industrial machinery sector. This role involves managing a territory, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets for industrial equipment.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and product solutions to meet customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
