Registrar (Nasik)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Registrar with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the efficient operation of our financial services division. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the registration and maintenance of all official documents, records, and registers related to company operations and compliance.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory bodies to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of filings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage systems for efficient record-keeping and retrieval.
- Conduct regular audits of records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Support the legal and compliance teams in ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of registration processes for new initiatives or products.
- Utilize design thinking principles to streamline documentation and record-keeping processes where applicable.
