Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Release Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of our real estate projects. You will be instrumental in coordinating release activities, ensuring timely project milestones, and supporting the overall project management office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling project releases and key milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, construction, sales) to ensure alignment on release activities.
Track and report on the progress of release activities, identifying potential risks and issues.
Maintain release documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.
Support the project management team in implementing release processes and best practices.
Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies relevant to the real estate industry.
