Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will support the efficient and timely release of content and software updates within our TV and radio broadcasting operations. This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and excellent organizational skills, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating software releases and deployment schedules.
- Monitor the release process to ensure it adheres to established timelines and quality standards.
- Work with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve any release-related issues.
- Maintain release documentation, including release notes and deployment guides.
- Support the execution of release checklists and verification procedures.
- Participate in post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper communication among stakeholders regarding release status and potential risks.
- Track and manage build and deployment processes.
