Repair and Maintenance (3-4 Yrs) at Schneider Electric India

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 3-4 years of experience in repair and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial automation equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repair activities for industrial automation systems and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and costs. Assist in budget tracking for maintenance operations.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and spare parts procurement. Negotiate service contracts and ensure timely delivery.

Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment, and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance and repair operations.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and cost analysis for management review.
