Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Reporting / Corresponding professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate operations in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, preparing various reports, and ensuring efficient information flow within the organization. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and edit official correspondence, memos, and official letters.
- Prepare and compile regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly operational reports, incident reports).
- Maintain organized filing systems for all official documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information for reports and communications.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other corporate materials.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the management.
