Reservation Executive Job Opportunity - TV / Radio (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing advertising space reservations across our television and radio channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to ensure efficient inventory utilization and client satisfaction. This position requires 3-4 years of relevant experience and an M.Des degree.

Key Responsibilities:

•  - Develop and implement strategies for booking advertising slots across TV and Radio platforms, considering client briefs and campaign objectives.
•  - Analyze inventory availability and forecast demand to maximize revenue and optimize ad placement.
•  - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
•  - Utilize design thinking principles to create innovative solutions for inventory management and client proposals.
•  - Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and client interactions using CRM and booking software.
•  - Prepare reports on reservation performance, inventory utilization, and revenue generated for management review.
•  - Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the reservation process.
