Reservoir Engineer - LLM Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Reservoir Engineer with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal and analytical expertise to manage and optimize resource allocation and compliance within our facility management operations. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex legal frameworks, contracts, and regulations pertaining to facility management and resource utilization.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource allocation, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.

Conduct legal research and risk assessments related to operational processes and potential liabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights and solutions for operational challenges.

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents relevant to service contracts and resource management.

Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant Indian laws and industry standards.

Prepare reports and present findings on legal and operational performance to senior management.
