Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and design-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our Retail & B2C Sales team in Noida. This role will focus on enhancing our consumer-facing product presentation and sales strategies within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will leverage your design thinking and market understanding to contribute to innovative retail experiences and direct-to-consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative retail display strategies and point-of-sale materials that align with brand guidelines and appeal to the B2C market.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual merchandising concepts for pharmacies and other retail channels.

Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional activities.

Design user-friendly packaging and collateral that effectively communicates product benefits to the end consumer.

Assist in the conceptualization and execution of B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand experience.

Provide design support for digital B2C platforms, including e-commerce interfaces and social media content.

Contribute to the development of customer journey maps and touchpoint optimization from a design perspective.
