Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our diverse range of products and services within the retail environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to provide informed recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to educate customers on product benefits, usage, and potential side effects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Manage inventory, including stocktaking, replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and organized store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and prompt resolution.
