Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Des degree to oversee the operations of our retail store in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, aligning with Flipkart's vision for customer-centric retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the store adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
- Uphold brand standards and create an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming store environment, leveraging design principles from B.Des.
