RF Design / Layout Engineer (3-4 Yrs Experience) - Indore

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RF Design / Layout Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. This role is crucial for optimizing our broadcast and reception infrastructure. While the core technical aspects of RF design are key, we are looking for candidates with a strong business acumen and understanding of project management, typical of a BBA/BBM background, to contribute to the strategic planning and execution of RF projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our radio frequency systems for our television broadcasting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior engineers on the design and layout of RF circuits and systems for broadcast transmission and reception.

Perform simulations and analysis of RF components and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Assist in the selection of RF components and materials, considering cost-effectiveness and availability.

Develop and maintain RF layout documentation, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Support the testing and troubleshooting of RF hardware and systems during development and production phases.

Contribute to project planning and resource allocation, leveraging business management skills.

Analyze project timelines, budgets, and risks, providing insights for efficient project execution.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operations, to ensure project success.
