We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, particularly as they apply to the industrial equipment and machinery sector. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks across various business operations to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new projects, processes, and product lines within the industrial equipment and machinery domain.
- Analyze potential hazards, liabilities, and financial exposures related to manufacturing, supply chain, and operational activities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including control measures and contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and legal, to address identified risks.
- Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to assess the likelihood and impact of various risks.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's overall risk management framework.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and industry best practices to advise on risk-related matters, leveraging your M.Pharma background for understanding of product safety and compliance where applicable.
