We are seeking a skilled Robotic Surgeon with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of financial operations within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation for robotic surgery programs. This role involves contributing to the strategic financial planning and operational efficiency of our advanced surgical suites.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the financial management and budgeting for robotic surgery departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in surgical procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and finance personnel, to support robotic surgery initiatives.

Develop and maintain financial models and reports related to robotic surgery equipment, consumables, and service contracts.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies within the surgical operations.
