Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Management professional with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will be crucial in developing, implementing, and overseeing security strategies and policies within our hardware and networking operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to understand and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data and complex systems, ensuring compliance and robust security measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security management plans tailored to the hardware and networking infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage security incident response, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into all aspects of operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, recommending proactive solutions.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to understand and manage risks related to pharmaceutical data, intellectual property, and supply chain security within the tech context.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
