Security Management Trainee (Nasik)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Management Trainee to join our team in Nasik. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to gain practical experience in ensuring the safety and security of our hospital premises, patients, staff, and assets. You will work under the guidance of the senior security team to implement and monitor security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring CCTV surveillance systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises to ensure adherence to security policies and identify potential risks.
- Respond to security-related incidents and emergencies as directed by the security supervisor.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of security incidents, visitor access, and equipment checks.
- Support the implementation of access control procedures and visitor management.
- Aid in the review and updating of security documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Learn and apply security best practices relevant to a healthcare setting.
