Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEM / PPC Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. who is eager to kickstart their career in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads and other PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates), and generate regular reports.
- Support A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and PPC advertising.
