Senior Salon / Health Club Manager (Coimbatore)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon / Health Club Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee the operations of our employee wellness and recreational facilities at our Coimbatore site. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in design thinking and creative problem-solving (from a B.Des) to enhance the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and overall member experience of our salon and health club. This role requires a blend of operational management, customer service excellence, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a premium and engaging environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the salon and health club, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction, drawing on creative problem-solving skills.

Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Manage a team of salon and fitness professionals, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase facility usage and member participation.

Utilize design principles to improve the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the salon and health club spaces.

Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Prepare operational reports and budgets, and monitor financial performance.
