Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Shipping Deck - Other professional to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping logistics, documentation, and inventory management within the pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of our pharmaceutical products and raw materials, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shipping deck, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling if applicable.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Manage the receiving and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity match orders.
- Address and resolve any shipping-related discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality control, and procurement to ensure seamless workflow.
- Implement and suggest improvements to shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
