Service / Maintenance Supervisor - Thane (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our technical infrastructure, with a focus on maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and adherence to service level agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to service contracts and compliance, combined with practical experience in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for all broadcast equipment and facilities in Thane.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Review and draft service contracts, ensuring legal compliance and favorable terms for the company.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service requests, and vendor performance.
- Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and equipment, negotiating prices where applicable.
