Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Sound / Light / Technical Support specialist. This entry-level position (0-1 years experience) within the dynamic internet sector will involve providing critical technical support for audio-visual systems, lighting, and other related technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for sound and lighting systems during events, presentations, and daily operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to audio-visual equipment, microphones, speakers, projectors, and lighting consoles.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of new audio-visual and lighting installations.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audio-visual technology, lighting systems, and general IT support practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures.
- Offer technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring a seamless user experience.
