We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sports Coach to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching and a strong understanding of legal principles, gained through an LLB degree. This role involves developing and implementing sports programs for employees, fostering a healthy and active lifestyle, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. You will work closely with HR and administration to create engaging sporting events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured sports training programs for employees of varying skill levels.
• Organize and manage inter-departmental sports tournaments and recreational activities.
• Develop fitness and wellness plans tailored to the needs of corporate employees.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all sports activities, adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize legal knowledge from LLB to draft and review policies related to sports activities and employee well-being.
• Advise management on legal aspects concerning sports facilities, equipment, and participant conduct.
• Maintain records of participation, progress, and incidents.
• Collaborate with HR to promote employee engagement through sports and wellness initiatives.
