Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Pharma background to join our team as a Staffing Management Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment processes within the dynamic IT services industry. You will support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams in managing the end-to-end staffing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
- Support in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn and contribute to workforce planning and forecasting activities.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs as needed.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and employment laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and challenges.
- Develop a foundational understanding of the IT services sector and its talent landscape.
