Store Designer (3-5 Yrs) | Coimbatore

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and have a proven track record in designing visually appealing and functional retail spaces, particularly within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role involves translating brand identity and marketing objectives into engaging store environments that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop innovative store designs that align with Dr. Reddy's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Create detailed design concepts, including floor plans, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and visual merchandising, to ensure design feasibility and impact.
- Source and select appropriate materials, fixtures, furniture, and lighting to create a cohesive and brand-consistent store environment.
- Oversee the implementation of designs, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, measure spaces, and identify potential design challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest retail design trends, technologies, and best practices within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
