Store Executive - Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (Vishakhapatnam)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences team at our Vishakhapatnam facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring efficient storage, and supporting the smooth operation of the store. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain stock in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.

Manage stock levels, identify discrepancies, and report them to the supervisor promptly.

Process outgoing inventory requests, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Assist in inventory planning and forecasting based on usage patterns and demand.

Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability.
