Store Keeper / Manager - Real Estate Operations (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to manage inventory and stores operations for our corporate office in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth functioning of our real estate projects. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of our site and corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records of all store items, including materials, equipment, and consumables. Utilize inventory management software or systems for tracking stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring they are correctly identified and stored in designated locations.

Process outgoing stock requests and ensure timely issuance of materials to relevant departments or project sites.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Report any variances to management.

Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of inventory.

Assist in procurement processes by identifying low stock levels and providing necessary information for reordering.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Implement and adhere to safety protocols within the store.

Support the IT infrastructure related to inventory management systems, leveraging MCA knowledge for basic troubleshooting or data management.
