We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Stores & Material Management Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to gain practical experience in inventory and supply chain operations within the facility management sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and tracking of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Receive, inspect, and store materials according to established procedures.

Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

Conduct regular stock checks and identify discrepancies, reporting them to management.

Ensure proper labeling, organization, and safekeeping of all inventory.

Assist in preparing reports on material usage, stock levels, and procurement needs.

Support the Stores Manager in day-to-day operations and process improvements.
