Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats within the Indian facility management sector.
- Support the development of business strategies, including market entry, service expansion, and new product/service development.
- Assist in the creation of business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance) to gather data and insights for strategic planning.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic recommendations and progress.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on performance against strategic goals.
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning and budgeting process.
