Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Subject / Specialization Teacher with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting specialized knowledge and skills within the medical services sector, contributing to the professional development of our staff and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative training modules on specialized medical subjects relevant to hospital operations and patient care.
- Design and implement curricula, lesson plans, and assessment strategies to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one and group instruction to medical professionals, paramedical staff, and aspiring trainees.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in the medical field to ensure content relevance.
- Foster a conducive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and practical application of knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
