Sustainability Manager - Industrial Automation Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Industrial Automation team in Coimbatore. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with our business goals and environmental objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background from their MCA to analyze data, develop strategies, and contribute to a more sustainable future for our industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy within the industrial automation domain.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key sustainability metrics (e.g., energy consumption, waste generation, carbon footprint) using data analysis tools relevant to an MCA background.
- Support the integration of sustainable practices into product development and manufacturing processes for industrial automation equipment.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for enhancing environmental performance and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and operations, to implement sustainability projects.
- Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices in sustainability and industrial automation.
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and communication efforts, both internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce environmental impact.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting awareness programs on sustainability for employees.
