Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Administrator / Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, particularly within the dynamic environment of the TV/Radio industry. This role requires a strong understanding of system administration principles and a Bachelor of Science degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network devices.
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
