Ticketing & Reservation Executive - Jaipur

We are seeking a motivated Ticketing & Reservation Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements and event ticketing for our employees and clients, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flight, train, and hotel bookings, for domestic and international travel.
- Process and track travel requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to obtain the best rates and services.
- Handle visa and passport-related documentation and processes as required.
- Manage event ticketing, including registration, confirmations, and attendee management for conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel-related documentation.
- Provide support to employees regarding their travel queries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth travel and event logistics.
- Utilize ticketing and reservation software to efficiently manage bookings and generate reports.
