We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for managing and facilitating various tourism-related services that support our business operations and employee well-being within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation) for corporate personnel and clients visiting our Kolkata facilities.

Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, workshops, and team-building activities, including venue selection and vendor management.

Provide support for visa and passport applications and other necessary travel documentation.

Act as a liaison with travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of services.

Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, bookings, and service provider contracts.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding travel policies and procedures.

Assist in identifying and evaluating new tourism service providers to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
