Transcriptionist (3-4 Yrs) - Railways Job Opportunity

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Transcriptionist with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio and video recordings related to railway projects, meetings, and official communications. This role requires a strong understanding of financial and technical terminology commonly used in the Indian railway sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings of meetings, interviews, project discussions, and official proceedings related to railway infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of transcription tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Review and edit transcribed documents for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, punctuation, and factual accuracy.
- Research and verify technical and financial terms to ensure precise transcription, especially concerning railway operations and M.Com related financial reporting.
- Format transcriptions according to established company guidelines and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all transcribed materials and related audio/video files.
- Collaborate with project managers and relevant departments to clarify any ambiguities or specific requirements in the audio content.
- Assist in proofreading and quality checking of transcribed documents.
