Transport Management (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Transport Management professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of logistics and fleet operations within the real estate industry. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions for our various project sites and corporate needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
- Develop and implement efficient transport routes and logistics plans to optimize delivery times and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor transport performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and safe transportation of materials and personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any transportation-related issues or disruptions.
