As a Travel Agent/Consultant with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing travel arrangements for our employees in the Hardware & Networking division, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel solutions. This role requires a keen understanding of travel logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse travel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget constraints.

Provide expert travel advice and consultation to employees, assisting them in selecting the most suitable travel options based on their requirements and company guidelines.

Handle domestic and international travel bookings, visa processing assistance, and travel insurance arrangements.

Maintain accurate travel records, generate reports on travel expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Respond promptly to travel-related queries and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.

Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Stay updated with the latest travel trends, regulations, and technology to enhance service delivery.
