Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Treasury Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of financial regulations and corporate finance principles to manage the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.

Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in compliance with Indian financial laws and regulations.

Analyze financial risks (e.g., currency, interest rate) and propose hedging strategies.

Oversee foreign exchange transactions and ensure compliance with FEMA regulations.

Assist in debt management, including borrowing facilities and compliance with loan covenants.

Prepare treasury reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and potential risks.

Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters related to treasury operations and ensure legal compliance.
