UI / UX Designer Job Opportunity - Industrial Equipment / Machinery (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our industrial equipment and machinery software and digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user needs within an industrial context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points in the industrial machinery domain.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the usability and efficiency of our digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the industrial technology sector.
- Ensure designs are accessible and comply with relevant industry standards.
