UX Head - Contract Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Head to join our innovative team in Pune. This contract role is ideal for a creative individual with a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in User Experience design, particularly within the food processing or a related consumer-centric industry. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the user experience strategy for our digital platforms and products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business goals.
- Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and design principles relevant to the food industry.
- Manage and mentor junior UX designers if applicable.
