Visa / Immigration Consultant - Railways (Pune)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Visa / Immigration Consultant to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about assisting individuals with their visa and immigration processes, specifically within the context of the Indian Railways sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and compliant visa and immigration procedures for our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to individuals on visa and immigration requirements for international travel related to railway projects and operations.
- Prepare and process visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations in India and relevant international countries.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate the visa application process.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa and immigration applications and related correspondence.
- Advise on potential immigration issues and assist in resolving them promptly.
- Conduct pre-departure briefings for employees travelling abroad.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and immigration laws.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and stakeholders regarding visa and immigration matters.
