Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice communications related to pharmaceutical product inquiries, customer support, or operational coordination.
- Utilize blended communication channels (email, chat, phone) to address queries and provide information.
- Accurately document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, services, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting related to customer interactions and operational performance.
- Support the implementation of new processes and initiatives within the voice/blended operations.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements.
