Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled VR / AR Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing immersive virtual and augmented reality experiences. You will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge VR/AR solutions for law enforcement and security applications, contributing to advanced training simulations and operational tools. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user experience design within the security domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop immersive VR/AR environments, user interfaces, and interactive experiences for security and law enforcement applications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex security scenarios into engaging and realistic VR/AR training modules and simulations.
- Create 3D models, textures, animations, and visual assets for VR/AR content, ensuring high fidelity and performance.
- Implement user interaction logic and game mechanics within the VR/AR development pipeline.
- Optimize VR/AR experiences for performance, usability, and visual quality across various platforms.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in VR/AR development, game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), and 3D modeling software.
- Work closely with software engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality VR/AR solutions.
