Yoga Instructor / Trainer (Nasik)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor / Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Pharma background who possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting yoga sessions for employees, promoting well-being, and contributing to a healthy work environment. The B.Pharma qualification is unique for this role, indicating a focus on the scientific and health-oriented aspects of yoga instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging yoga classes tailored to different fitness levels and needs of employees.
- Conduct introductory yoga sessions for beginners, explaining basic postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
- Develop specialized yoga programs focusing on stress reduction, flexibility, and posture improvement, leveraging knowledge from B.Pharma regarding physiological benefits.
- Educate participants on the health benefits of yoga, including its impact on physical and mental well-being.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, providing modifications and guidance as needed.
- Maintain attendance records and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve program offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in yoga and wellness, particularly those relevant to corporate health.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding class schedules and program updates.
