Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) background to fill the role of a Contract Hotel / General Manager. This position is crucial for overseeing the operational aspects of our learning centers/accommodation facilities in Chennai, ensuring a conducive environment for our students and staff. The ideal candidate will bring a unique perspective from their pharmaceutical education to manage operations efficiently and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of student accommodation and learning facilities, ensuring a seamless experience.

Manage facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security to uphold a safe and clean environment.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies, repairs, and other operational needs.

Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to facility management and student conduct.

Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in budget management and resource allocation for the facilities.

Apply principles of organization and process management, learned through pharmaceutical studies, to optimize operational workflows.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the facilities.
