We are seeking a motivated and innovative Principal Consultant with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is crucial in driving user-centric design strategies and product enhancements within the FinTech and payments domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user pain points.
Translate research findings into design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products and services.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
Advocate for user needs and design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and FinTech industry innovations.
